I would have returned both bottles I'd purchased to take advantage of their generous 120 day return policy and get a refund. But I really hate packing and shipping items and the potential shipping cost was a further deterrent, so I decided to take it as a learning experience and move on to try an internal solution (I eventually chose to try Venapro). Since the product is shipped from Malaysia and I live in the United States, it took almost a couple of weeks to get here. The very first time I used the product, I experienced the slight burning sensation that I read about on the website, which is supposed to be a sign that it's working. When I applied the cream for the 2nd time, I noticed that the lump had become smaller. So I thought, "hey great, the product's actually working!"

Neo Healar's hemorrhoid treatment is a topical treatment that has two components: the ointment and the suppositories. The ointment, which has to be applied 3 times a day, is the main component, whereas the suppositories are optional and are supposed to boost the healing process, according to the company website. Also according to the website, the healing process would be completed in 3-5 weeks.
